How do I ask questions about my booking enquiry?

Once you have requested a quote through our website and the guest house owner has responded you will be able to access the enquiry.

The enquiry will have a quote as well as options to do the following:

Send a message: When you send a message this goes directly to the owner of the guest house. They will then be able to respond to any queries through this channel. 

Edit your enquiry: You will be able to change dates or rooms. This function generates a new quote request.

Decline This offer: This function will close the enquiry and SafariNow will inform the guest house owner that you are no longer interested in the quote.
